Vacations are rejuvenating. A cleanse for the soul. Time to discover a new place and new things away from the stress of real life and work. New York for the first time. East coast for the first time. California might be my first love, but New York suites me quite well, navigating the Subway and donning layers of clothing like a natural. My favorite memories include the High Line, Brunch, a Broadway play, MOMA, and Williamsburg, but the real highlight was walking the Autumn adorned streets with my good friend at my side experiencing the pulse of a new city.
